They were very promp to deliver and let me know the product was on itÕs way ...weÕll made product ...only small criticism is there is no phone number you can call to speak with a person ,,if you have a question about the date and time of delivery,,but apart from that itÕs was a cool experience and IÕm very happy with my new fan

The only thing that soured the experience was that I had paid extra for the next day service and it did not show up until 3 days later. Customer service was brilliant in that they refunded the money I had paid for the delivery almost straightaway. I really like the product so would certainly purchase from them again.

Well made, quiet operation, easy to use program. My only dislike is the water container which is very difficult to remove without spilling the contents when full. It's shape has no easy holding position.

This item has been great. ItÕs easy to put the base on and is quiet and effective. I love the remote which avoids me having to get out of bed and the fact it comes with a battery in the remote control box is great. Delivery was spot on and for the price this item is something IÕd definitely re purchase. I have also recommended this item to my neighbour who also purchased this and is super satisfied.
