Emailed for further information on a number of models and was given pretty good response. Placed my order and received a 10% discount which is nice.. Unit is working well and I may actually purchase a secondary one for my lounge. Only downside was the delivery driver left the parcel in an open doorway on a main road as I was at work, this is what happens when you use the likes of Amazon delivery services unfortunately. Overall though I'm happy.

Easy to order and delivered on time as expected. It did waht was expected , although i should have gone for a larger unit. Easy to install and operate. The background noise is not too distrubing either.

The product not delivered even after 10 days of the purchase. No comm about the late processing of an order, neither a response to my query yet. Very disappointed with the service.

Order arrived quickly. Packaged well. Dehumidifier is working and collected a large amount of water within 2days. Very happy with my product. Don't be put off by the reviews like I was. I tried to cancel based on bad reviews but my order was already dispatched. I am glad I couldn't cancel now. Maybe I was one of the lucky ones, who knows. Based upon the service I received from this company I would order from them again. Thanks probreeze.

You took 7days to reply to my query about what delivery company would be used as I did not want it sent by Yodel who have previously provided terrible service. Not getting a reply I ordered anyway in hope it would be another company. It wasnÕt and YodelÕs diabolical service reached new levels of poor with four failed deliveries resulting in my having to remain housebound for five days until it eventually arrived. That it did arrive was apparently due to my flagging down a Yodel driver on day 4 who happened to be a supervisor and who promised to find my parcel and ensure it got to me the next day (day5) which it did.

It is really good no more damp in the house and only had it a week my windows are clear of condensation

Do NOT buy a dehumidifier from this company. The one I bought is incredibly loud and once it reaches the desired humidity, it doesnÕt turn off, the fan keeps going and going and going and itÕs is LOUD. The wifi unit is so basic and temperamental, constantly needs resetting up and is absolutely useless. I am very well educated in wifi and internet and such and I know what I am doing. ALSO, energy consumption of this unit is astronomical, my daily spend went up considerably even though I was using the unit in its most eco mode I could put it in. Then when you try reaching out to the company themselves, itÕs painfully slow and when you do get a response, it make no sense at all. Daniela, IÕm sorry but she was messaging what seems like to me pre-written responses or something and unfortunately your English isnÕt too good and so it makes it impossible to complain or get a refund or a resolution to these issues. There is no phone number to call either so donÕt waste your time looking for one. I tried to complain and the response I got back a few days later (super slow to respond) didnÕt even address what I had actually said, itÕs like she was unable to speak much English. Which of course isnÕt her fault but needs addressing. IÕm really disappointed and now IÕm £180 out of pocket, I can only hope I can sell the unit to someone who might not need the wifi functionality and isnÕt bothered by the noise and cost of running it. I should have known it would be to good to be true and so now IÕll be going out and buying a meaco, of which I have the smaller unit which is an amazing product. I just wish I bought that first instead of taking the gamble on this terrible product.

Have had a couple of this type of heater fail from other suppliers but all five of my Pro Breeze are working well and providing the cheapest form of quick heating that I know of.

Product good but communication poor, have sent 2 emails regarding the purchase - still no reply!

No one reply my email about the dissatisfied performance of the dehumidifier.
