Quick delivery great little dehumidifier so far, makes a big difference in rooms when it's running, helpful that it's portable. Seems to only need the tank changing every couple of days with intermittent use

So I got sent a faulty unit which was sparking. Unsafe and unusable. It took 7 days of no responses to my emails before probreeze contacted me, by which time I had to call my credit card company to seek how to get a refund under section 77 as having spent £190 I was put in a position where I thought my money had been taken and been treated poorly.
Probreeze have now been in touch to offer me a replacement which I have accepted but again, not had a response to my acceptance email.
The unit itself may well have been a random dud and that can happen, but the real let down has been the amount of time taken by the company to acknowledge me. It's not great customer service , and if its as busy as I was informed of by the company then surely more staff are needed.
Hopefully I receive a response to my acceptance email soon, and that this dehumidifier works fine. The last one broke within 24hrs. I really hope this story has a better ending

I'm very pleased with the dehumidifier, it has helped with our condensation problem in our house. The first 24 hours to took over 5 litters of water out of my sons bedroom. Just amazing!

Terrible customer service, parcel hasn't been delivered by Yodel, been over 2 weeks since it was due to be delivered, tried getting in touch with Pro Breeze, no luck or reply, no ability to call them up to progress this, just complete silence! Parcel now showing as returned to sender without any communication from anyone!
