I found TVP on the website for the Brazilian embassy in Houston, where the company is listed as a preferred visa assistance agency. Prior to this, I had talked with several agents across the U.S. at visa assistance companies that I found online, but I hadn't followed through with them because the information I received was inconsistent, disorganized, or vague. As soon as I contacted TVP personnel, I got my questions clearly and directly answered. I decided to do business with them and was very pleased with their guidance and assistance with obtaining a business visa to Brazil (a complex process). Subsequently they helped me with a much easier visa, a business visitor visa to Australia. The staff are polite, competent, helpful, and are very quick to respond to questions and to communicate where we are in the process. In fact can think of no other company I have done business with that is more prompt, communicative, and responsive than TVP. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that a staff member made a spelling error on my birthplace on a visa application document, which I caught (and it was immediately corrected prior to submission to the embassy), and one time I received an email message that I didn't understand (and it was clarified when I said I didn't understand). Other than that, my experience really has been perfect. I will go to this company again, without hesitation, for any visa or passport assistance that I may need in the future. Their rush responses and frequent updates about where we are in the process of getting the visa are very much appreciated.

Just got passports back with Russia and China visas. The visa application process was a bit complicated and I tried to be as correct and careful as possible in providing the required information. It took some time. After all that effort I didn't want to have any problems. Perhaps I could have done everything on my own but just to make sure I decided to use TVP. I mailed my info and completed applications to them. Three weeks later I received my visas in the mail. I had never before used a visa service but TVP was worth it for ease and peace of mind. Definitely I would use them again!

It was very rush and easy to obtain my Indian Visa as an American. I would recommend it to you if you are looking for a company to help process your Visa.

VISA pro is very professional. I am impressed with their service. We forgot to send a passport photo but they just had send over JPEG image. So I scan what we have and that was super I would recommend using visa pro for visa service.

I was literally being lazy, knowing that I had to renew my passport for an upcoming trip. I was panicked so I went on to the BBB's website and saw that this company had an awesome ranking. So I decided, hey let me try. I selected the 8-10 business days option and got my passport back with 2 BUSINESS DAYS! Absolutely stellar company and a life saver!

I needed a renewal of my US passport plus a visa for Saudi Arabia in just 5 business days. Most other companies only do one or the other. I contacted a few that claim do both - and they told me it would impossible in such a short time. I really started stressing. Then I found TVP. They seemed more knowledgeable than the others I had talked to, and were confident they could do it. Lost passport; needed replacement within a 2-week time frame. The TVP website walks you thru, item-by-item, the steps required to obtain a replacement. Ordered the 2-3 business day passport turnaround and received on the 3rd business day. Not cheap, but they do deliver as promised and well worth the money.

I must admit-we were worried. Our trip to China was leaving in 3 weeks, and we had to get a Visa. Making 2 trips to Chicago-a 6 hour round trip drive, was not what we wanted to do. After some research, I found a website that recommend TVP. Their rates were less than some of the other visa services, and their website was very clear about the process. We purchased the 5 day service, and sent of our materials.True to their word, we received the visa on the day promised, and are thrilled with their services! They also kept us informed during the process-another excellent relief.

Very easy application process online for China Visa, with detailed explanation of what was needed. Very true to statement of 10 days to process & return ( due to our 4-5 day shipping allowance) and everything happened without delay, super email correspondence throughout. Highly recommend.

They offer rush personal service. If their is a potential issue with your visa application they contact the very day they receive it to get whatever additional information is needed. Their price is very similiar to their competitors yet they offer personal concise service.

My family and I have used TVP on several occasions for emergency passport issues. I'm always pleasantly surprised at how smooth the transactions are. They always deliver the final product ahead of the time of the expected date of delivery. Everyone I've spoken to over the phone has been very courteous and professional aside from a woman with a Russian accent. I hang up on her and call back to try to get someone else. Other than this minor issue, I appreciate TVP for their outstanding service.
