The instructions were easy to understand. Customer service was friendly and helpful (no mater what random time I called). Email communication was on the spot. I received visa almost 1.5 weeks quicker than expected. Only negative I have is that the price is a little high but you get what you pay for.

I spent a lot of time researching companies -- you want to really trust someone who will be handling your passport and SSN! I was pleased with the number of positive reviews of TVP. I called the after hours person to get information. I was pretty panicked and not very clear in my questions, but she patiently answered. The directions on the web site were very easy to follow, and my passport came through quickly exactly as promised.

I have used this company at least a half dozen times for everything from new pages for my passport to 1 day turnaround Russian visa to Brazil 10 year visa. They are the definition of professional and hands down the best visa company i have ever worked with and i have worked with quite a few. I actually can count on one hand how many reviews i have ever posted in my life, for anything, but they deserve a excellent review for their consistent effort. What stands out most to me is that they skip the red tape with the customer, they can look up your info from any office and immediately try to help, they dont stick you with annoying policies like most big companies do, they just try to do what they can to help and dont think about how to get the most money from you - in fact they make a concerted effort to save you money when possible.
