We needed a visa for a conference in Brazil. Using TVP eliminated the need to wait on hold for hours on the telephone with the Brazilian info line at the consulate in San Francisco, eliminated the need to wait for an appointment via email , or waiting in any lines. They do it all for you and can rush track a visa for last minute travel. It is worth the extra money, especially for business travel.

We did a lot of research about Brazilian visas and companies that assist with them, prior to settling on TVP. We were worried because the average time was 6-8 weeks out. It was so worth the money, and TVP were able to turn it around much more quickly than the original estimate (which was itself less than the average time estimated by other companies). The instructions for completing and submitting the application were very helpful and we received regular progress updates by email. We got our passports with visas back well before our trip and are very pleased. Obviously individual results may vary, but based on this experience, I would highly recommend TVP to anyone who needs assistance with visas.

The only minor criticism is they could email or call once a week to indicate progress and stage the visas were at instead of me calling them. They said they send automated emails but maybe got in my spam. Special commendation to Joye in DC office for help after hours to clarify return address for my FedEx

TVP made the visa process easy. There were two main highlights/reasons why I went with TVP and happy I did. First, the money aspect- both price and processing was amazing. The cost was service fee was very reasonable and they accept credit card payment- no worries in having to get a money order and write a check. Second, the timeliness and communication. I thought maybe the service fee was low because it would take a long time- but it took just a few weeks- door to door. Also TVP kept me in the loop by emailing me when the received my documents and when the process was finished and they were returning my documents.
