When you purchase a two-year license from Trustico, you are purchasing the right to reissue your SSL Certificate across that two-year period without additional cost. The reissue process itself is a CA/Browser Forum requirement - Trustico has no discretion to extend the validity period beyond what the industry mandates. If managing reissues manually is not something you wish to do, Trustico offers Certificate as a Service (CaaS), which is designed specifically for customers who prefer a fully automated solution. Certificate as a Service (CaaS) handles renewals and reissues automatically, removing the need for any manual intervention. Hi, thanks for your review. When you placed your order you requested to pay for your order via bank deposit. Our policy is that we require a purchase order or a letter requesting this - this is standard practice in most businesses. You were not able to provide a PO due to your own company polices and did not provide a letter, yet we still actually processed your orders and have done as you requested. We actually make this process simple; a letter would suffice in those situations - ultimately it is something we need regardless of who the business is when requesting to pay later. Going forward please provide us with a letter; purchase order or you are welcome to pay via any of the other methods we offer in real time.
