The only complaint is that one of the plants did not survive. The other seven are doing well and already have new growth sprouting up

The plants I got were loaded with lots of roots, plants not quite as big as I expected, but the plants did have more roots than I expected. These were replacement plants for some bamboo plants that failed almost a year ago. Thank you TyTy for honoring your plant guarantee.

Trees came very well packaged and in a timely manor. This is the second order I made from TyTy and am satisfied in how healthy the trees looked. I ordered from other nurseries before but the trees did not look as good as these that I got from TyTy.

I was surprised how quickly the item arrived after shipping. Although this part of my order received the most stress, it is already showing growth of new leaves. Could not be happier at this point.
