From order to delivery - this was the pinnacle of excellence. The ease in order, the communication, tracking every aspect of this endeavor was an example for every exchange to mimic.

Every aspect of this exchange was fortuitous; with on exception. One of my trees arrived with a broken root. I communicated with Ty Ty and was informed to proceed with planting. If the circumstances were not beneficial there the trees are covered by a 1 year protection plan for viability.

Very healthy looking tree. Even though it is December, it had a few green leaves and buds that appeared almost ready to open, probably because of our “up and down†weather recently. Looking forward to seeing how it does in spring.
