I ordered a full grown tree in the Spring, I was told "this tree should go into dormancy before we ship. " This was a surprise, but I waited until Fall. I emailed nursery multiple times that I still wanted delivery,& was told tree would come in mid-December (!). In late Nov. I received another email saying I wouldn't get the tree until Spring ‘19. I called TyTy and was told that the ground in Ohio ”was already frozen. ” The soil in my yard was still soft and moist. I insisted they ship the tree, & asked for confirmation that the tree was 6-8' tall that I ordered. The tree was shipped to Southern Ohio. After about three calls to the delivery company and to TyTy, got things straightened around. (If a dormant tree got warmed up, would it grow when planted?). It arrived 2 d. later, & looked excellent, & planted an hour after it arrived After reading other reviews, had concerns, but the people I spoke with seemed sincere and genuine. I suspect they may be a little disorganized.

I was skeptical of buying trees on-line but the product arrived VERY well packed and of excellent quality. Truth will of course be measured in the spring but I have every expectation of a successful planting. I was very impressed with he quality of the pruning job as well.
