I experienced an excellent and pleasant and complete order and fulfillment and delivery of my order in about one week.
The appearance of the tree was a dry root with gelatin moister retaining moist roots. The stalk had several shoots grown of the stalk with green leaves. I planted it after treating it with a couple of days in limited indirect filtered sunlight with water supplied to the roots. After two days i potted and planted it in Tree and shrub soil with fertilizer. I am watching it daily for progress with expectancy of growth on the shoots to bud and grow. After planting and watering for one week the leaves have wilted but i am waiting to see if they will revive from more than likely shock from the time it was being transported. Watching if this is correct and that the tree will recover and thrive, I will probably use some SUPER THRIVE to help it.

Delivery was fast, tree had no stress it was wrapped very well and roots were wet, but unfortunately it is my second tree. Last year my tree did not survive I made a claim, no issue with replacement good customer service, just recently April 2026 I received a replacement for it, just I was a little bit disappointed I was expecting to get a little bit bigger tree with a few branches (last year I received tree with 3 branches) but this year only one stem, let's see how will be this time
