Delivery was fast, tree had no stress it was wrapped very well and roots were wet, but unfortunately it is my second tree. Last year my tree did not survive I made a claim, no issue with replacement good customer service, just recently April 2026 I received a replacement for it, just I was a little bit disappointed I was expecting to get a little bit bigger tree with a few branches (last year I received tree with 3 branches) but this year only one stem, let's see how will be this time

I ordered the 3ft to 4ft tree. I think it is alive. Not sure as it is still dormant. I will wait and see. Hopefully it will stay alive and grow this summer.
