This plant came in good shape with only minor damage. A few broken branches that were really small. Otherwise, it looks healthy and the drooping that sometimes occurs when shipping plants disappeared after planting and a couple days of sunshine after watering thoroughly.

I ordered a 3 to 4 foot dwarf Northstar cherry tree which arrived in June 2025. Despite planting the tree as instructed and keeping it watered, the tree never grew and is dead. When I reached out to Ty Ty to have the tree replaced per their plant insurance one year guarantee, they gave me a credit for half of the tree's replacement cost and this was only after multiple emails with delayed responses on their end. Despite requesting the shipping cost so a replacement tree could be shipped instead per the instructions in their email, a promised return phone call has not been received to date. This has gone on for more than a month and a half.

Plant arrived on scheduled date with leaves on it still green, roots still damp. Transplanted into pot on same day & watered. Plant seems to have taken a bit of a hit from transplantation shock or shipping. Leaves began to turn yellow and dull, but a few leaves still remained green. Will continue to give TLC & hope for the best.

Came on expected arrival date as scheduled. Roots were in good condition, still slightly frozen. Transplanted tree into pot same day. Tree began to sprout leaves 1-2 days soon after. Happy with the product and results so far.

My items arrived just after Easter weekend. I got everything planted the same day, and now were ready to go! Glad to know this will produce fruit two times during the season too.

I live in Colorado Springs. Somewhere between zone 5a and 6a. For the last two years to frost has been killing my blooms on everything. I was looking for a tree that does not bud out early in the spring.
