Dead tree replacement

vtest product
I bought an olive tree as a gift for my wife’s 75 birthday. After planting the tree several leaves dropped which I understand considering the shock the tree had experienced. Within a month all the leaves fell off. I have been gardening for over 50 years and know when a plant is in trouble but we remained optimistic. Twigs that were supple started to snap and it was clear the tree wasn’t going to survive. I contacted customer support and soon realized they would not do anything until it was dead. My wife had to stare at a leafless dying and then dead tree for 5 months. When I did get a refund it was store credit (shipping not included) which I did not want. Needless to say I won’t order from them again.
