Ordered Thomcord Seedless grape vine. When I received them they were labeled as Thomcord but the vines do not produce blue black grapes, just green grapes. Must have all been mislabeled. Very disappointed.

One of my trees showed up with no growth and none ever came. I reached out to get a replacement tree and was given no response.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Received the tree and planted it the day after it arrived. It began dying slowly each day although I was watering it like advised. I have purchased many trees from other companies and have had no problem with them dying. I called 2-3 times and the girl I spoke with said they could not take it back after it was planted which makes no sense. It was green when you scratched the bark for awhile but eventually died. This girl was not at all understanding or accepting that it may be their fault in the way it was packaged and sent. I had read several complaints on Persimmon FB pages where people advised NEVER to buy a tree from TyTy. I only wish I would have seen this before I purchased it I will never be buying anything from TyTy, again

Do Not Buy! Ty-Ty shipped a 5 ft (not 6-7ft that I paid for) leafless, pruned tree with too-severely pruned roots that had no chance of survival. I had to communicate 3 times to show sufficient evidence of the tree being dead before Ty-Ty agreed it was dead. They would not ship a replacement, instead issued a $109 in-store credit for what had been a $143 purchase. So I spent $143 for a live cherry tree, they sent me a dying/dead stick (not what they advertised or what I ordered and paid for), and they "make good" by offering me 3/4 value credit that I can't use? Wait - they kept my money, and want me to buy something more from them?

Awful. Ordered 9 trees in October. They wanted to ship my trees in January, when I wasn't prepared to plant them in a Northern climate. They finally shipped in May, but UPS took them to Pheonix for a week before bringing them to PA. All defoliated and ugly looking. I was told not to file a claim because Plantsurance would take care of it. Received a credit for several trees in August but prices went up and they don't cover shipping.
So I tried to buy less trees but Plansurance code isn't valid unless I spend more than the coupon and then they want $26 to ship. I'm better off to cut my losses and tell everyone I see that this company is a hoax.

Horrible products. Got 5 trees. All dead. Got a 23$ credit. What a joke. Do yourself a favor and read the Yelp reviews before you purchase. I wish I did.

I got this a 6-7 footer back in February. Didn’t start budding until late April (zone 7B) so I was a bit worried at first, but it took off shortly after it came to life. Still doing very well as of late August and appears to be the happiest plant I’ve planted this year.

bought 2 grape plants, had them delivered and waited to plant the appropriately. Planted in May, now it's almost September and they are still NOT growing. Very dissatisfied.

I ordered the Damson Plum tree (5'-6') and it apparently was dead on arrival because I followed all the directions and when me and my granddaughter planted it, I was hoping to see some life from it, but it is completely dead and I've contacted the company (Jennifer) through email and phone contact and she basically let me know I'm screwed. That's right at $84 down the toilet. I want replacement trees sent to me in the smaller version like 2 of the 2'-3' or 2 of the 3'-4' trees to plant in containers in the house. She told me I'm not entitled to a refund or replacement because I'm in the wrong zone. If that's the case they never should've taken my money and sent me the dead tree. I'll be filing complaints against this company.
