I bought 3 apple trees in 2017, a Gala, Honeycrisp, and Red Fuji. This year is the first year they have produced apples, the wrong varieties! What was supposed to be Gala and Honeycrisp are some unknown green apples. I am not sure about the Red Fuji yet, but it has barely a pink blush at this point.

Several of the trees arrived stressed and did not survive. Would be less of an issue if y’all stood behind your guarantee but I messaged customer service and got left on read. Will not be ordering again.

All the trees I ordered looked like brown sticks. They had no roots to speak of, just a few long stringy things coming from a cut off, flat bottom. The trees took a while to have any growth, but finally started showing some leaf growth, not much but a little. I am going to be optimistic that they will overwinter well and next year start showing some branch growth.

These “vines” were supposed to be 3-year fruit bearing vines. One vine took months to grow despite the vines at the local winery doing quite well. It never grew from the actual “wood” of the vine… it grew from the roots and will take forever to try and trellis. The other didn’t take quite as long before it started showing some green… But its growth is ridiculously slow compared to the one we bought from a local greenhouse. Don’t waste your money.

Received the tree in worse condition, pretty much dead but had hope that I can plant it and it will survive but it did not. purchase 4 tree and all came in bad condition, after doing everything all dead.

One of my trees did not leaf out after I planted it. TYTY did ultimately agree to replace the tree in accordance with their warranty policy. However,in the process of claiming my replacement, I felt as though I was an adversary rather than a valued customer who had willingly paid for a considerable purchase of other not-so-cheap plants. I have yet to take possession of the replacement. We'll see how it goes.
I know they go to great lengths to provide a quality plant. But their customer relations leave something to be desired. I did not appreciate the "lecture" tone of their correspondence. I am by no means a novice in horticulture.

Says it should grow in Wisconsin. I’ve had it for a couple years now. It grows in the summer and dies every winter. A new sprout starts every spring just to die again. Disappointed

I bought four trees they were shipped in the spring after the last frost and didn’t sprout for several months. When they did they all sprouted below the graft from the root stock. Also their route stock came with barely any routes or hairlets. When I asked for a refund because all four were that way they told me they could only issue me a credit from their store and re-ship next year. A very disappointing experience.
