excellent customer service

Store Credit ($50.23)
Customer service is excellent. I bought 2 grape vines early May and wanted to pick them up the next day. I called tytyga to have it arranged. 3 weeks later, one vine could not sprout and trunk started to split. I reached out about the situation and tytyga gave me a credit of the whole amount. I am satisfied with the services.

I bought this 3 year old bare root vine and it sprouted within a week. Now in Month 3 and it already expanded to both directions forming a good looking arch.

Gotta say it. The nuts in the pic look like Chinese. Not fuzzy/hairy enough to be Americans.

Ordered four. I'm not new at fruit trees, I have been growing an orchard for 20 years. Planted these trees right. They didn't even try -- dead sticks, never even tries to put out a leaf bud.
