The box was beat up, the roots were limber they also just came in 2 days ago, so I am hoping to see new growth in a few weeks?

The trees came well packaged without any damage to the fragile branches. Tiny buds everywhere! I can't wait to see this tree bloom and grow!

The dwarf palmettos I ordered were fairly scrawny and the larger leaves were brown. So basically I paid for the larger size, but received the small size. None of them made it. $150 bucks down the drain...er, soil. :-(

volusion test product
Tree was damaged prior to shipping and roots were cut extremely short. Damage to tree was deep cuts in the bark , mid section of the tree that will impact its grow and the recovery may not happen it time will the way the roots were cut. I am very disappointed in the quality of the tree. Have been wanting a Ginko for a long time the only thing I could find locally was dwarf trees. I did take pictures
