The trees look OK, however the packaging leaves little to desire.
Every package has arrived damaged, but Ty Ty has replaced the trees.
I just received a tree from another company, much sturdier box no issues.

The shipping was great, the water crystals the roots were wrapped in, made sure the plant was well hydrated.
