Buy Revival Chestnut Trees Online at Ty Ty Nursery
The delivery of this tree was (thankfully) delayed until after the ground here thawed. The tree itself seems somewhat mixed. There are very few roots, and particularly are very few small roots, and there is a broken leader and a reasonably high low angle crotch. I have little experience in planting bare root trees, however I do think that somewhat more roots would be better, and I would have liked a leader. The narrow crotch will be pruned reasonably soon.
