Tree did not look alive. Have been watering daily and have not given up hope it is alive.

All went as well as could be expected.

I put 1 star only because I could put zero stars. It was absolutely a terrible experience. The trees came with no root ball or soil. I immediately planted them the next morning and they were dead within a day.

My replacement Mulberry Tree arrived in about a week, and is now planted and flourishing. It's the second of that variety I've bought - the first now delights new owners, and I am thrilled to have my tree back!

Really had a horrible experience with TyTy. I bought 12 total trees for my orchid. Half from one company half from another. Originally i wasn't going to use this company but after seeing a ad for a free apple tree with x purchased I went this route to save a little and reviews generally seemed good. From the start I had planned on 12 trees and I spent tons of money ahead of time prepping soil l, by tilling, fertilizing, pre watering etc to get the most chance for great growth. Well all the trees I ordered except the free one took pretty decent and have had growth and leaves l. The free one has not, I emailed them now 3 different times with concerns of this free tree, one red flag was they couldn't even tell me what kind of tree it was, they all come in as bare root so I can't really tell health like you would others but I purposely ordered bare root as those grow faster I have found. Well I have now spent Well over 100 dollars on root conditioner, 3 rounds now of fertilizer, I even painted the trunk with heavy diluted paint so the trunk cant be sunburnt as a fresh plant. I have never even got a cm of growth on this one tree, no green leaves no anything. This was sent to me as a dead tree. When I ask them about it they could care less because it was a promotional item, neglecting what the aeborist spends on trying to grow said tree.

I only purchased from this company due to the promotion so with that being dead on arrival I could have avoided all this headache using someone else.

Then when you do email them they take weeks to respond. I dont think this company does any of there own grafting and are only a middle man who cares very little. I have had better experience dealing with Chinese sellers for things than I have TyTy. I own 2 other businesses and this is absolutely not one I would recommend for potential buyers. Do yourself a favor just buy the fruit trees from Costco. Or better yet the other company I used was trees of antiquity. I planted all 12 trees at the same time, same height, different varieties. But there trees are drastically outgrowing the ones I got from here. But now smack right in the middle of my row by the road I got 11 growing trees and right in the middle one dead that is 100% at fault of the seller not planter.

Fast shipping. Grape cutting arrived and is in the ground. Grapes I got from TyTy two years ago are doing great. I expect these to thrive as well. I would recommend TyTy to a friend.

Ordered 28 fruit trees/plants. All came packaged well and are sprouting leaves after just a week.

Yall have been an excellent company too do business with. My package got lost by UPS. Your company assured me my trees and muscadine vine will be replaced. I know it’s past yall shipping date so I will see my trees and vine later November or early December. I’m fine with that. It’s unfortunate UPS lost my package.

I like how the prices are low and more length variety compared to other nursery websites, and the recipes are a great plus too. One thing I think could change is the mention of clingstone/freestone, flesh color of fruits (mainly plum, nectarine, peach). The required chill hours seem lower than other estimates from competitors, but from my experience, trees generally can produce with 50 less than recommended.

I ordered 4 trees. They shipped quickly. Th box was heavily damaged upon receipt, however the plats were superbly wrapped, so no damage. I will certainly order again, the next time i see a good deal.

When I got my Persimmon bare root, Nikita, gift, it came with three root strands. I took pictures and I spoke with Marlene who told me to see pictures of the plant. I am pretty much disappointed. I was hoping to plant the tree before heat arrived and or receive a replacement. I don’t want a credit, I would like a replacement and the shipping fee waived based on my last order. Regardless, I sent pictures and I have not been contacted back for a resolution. Still waiting..

Had a great selection. Bought 3 Chicago hardy fig trees. Trees came fast to my door, nicely packaged. planted them in pots 3 days later. Already had buds/leaves starting to break. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Very happy with this purchase. The tree has lots of branches and signs of life and growth. Beautiful little landscape tree, I look forward to watching it leaf out and grow.
