Seedless grape plant arrived in great shape and was so well wrapped. I did soak the plant for a few hours as directed just before planting, and the other items were good as can be, especially with the markings right on the fertilizer pack so you couldn't mess it up. Very happy to have found Ty Ty. Also happy hat here's such a thing as a seedless concord grape - concords so lovely to eat, but seeds used to be a pain after a while. Thanks for everything.

It arrived barely 6ft with one side of the branches all broken off. I planted it with their transplant stuff. Here's to hoping it turns out looking good, but I doubt it with one side all broken off. Buy elsewhere, I will.

I ordered 16 total white dogwood trees1-2 foot tall, 8 of each type available. I also ordered 2 black mission fig trees. The trees were packaged and delivered in a timely manner. The fig trees look great and are already leafing out quickly. The dogwood trees have begun to leaf on 12 of the 16 trees. The other 4 haven’t shown anything yet. It has only been 3/4 days since planting so we shall see. I’m pleased with the prior purchases and this purchase. I will give 5 stars when I see all the trees leafing out.

This was a replacement tree that I had to wait for a year to get. And another tree. Only one cherry yea survived. When I tried to reorder the replacement I was told that I had to wait until June. In June there were no small trees to order. I’m not happy.

Sent in for another dead tree many days or weeks ago. No response AT ALL. It wont even send an automated email to let you know TYTY got the request. This used to be a good company that I have ordered from for years that has went to total crap just like Willis Orchard did about 7 years ago. Have another plant I ordered from you that is not doing well and there is no longer a way to send pics and ask questions. Think I am done with you after many years. mwhetstone@etu-inc.com

Plant appears dead, I’ll give it a few more days to show something, anything then I’ll let you know. It arrived with about a foot broken off in the package. I didn’t complain then because I thought I’d give it a a chance. But if it’s dead I want a new one. The shipping cost as much as the plant and it was screwedup.

I bet the tree looked really good before it was chopped in half and stuffed in a box.. As of right now, it's pretty pathetic looking. A big disappointment. I probably won't buy from Ty Ty Nursery again..

i responed earlier this morning. The tree is just a stick with the top portion totally dead. The roots are not even in a container. Seems to have been airlayerd and then just cut off and mailed. I have purchased many trees over the years and this one is pathetic.

I ordered three plants. Plants came in very bad shape. All leaves are dried and dead. Some branches are dry and easily breakable. I called customer service and the lady told me they will be fine and will grow back. I order 3 to 5 ft trees, even they regrow from roots, they are not the same size trees. I crossed my fingers and hope they are still alive.

I ordered 3 trees, what recieved was 2 sticks and another stick with a few drying leafs. I am giving them the opportunity to try and grow but I am pretty sure at least 2 of the 3 are not going to make it. I will attempt to get store credit after that- I’m not sure I will use it as why would I bother?
