Came in excellent shape

It is growing slowly, but it is growing.

After reading some reviews, I was quite worried about the products I was about to received. However, the shipping was fast and I got exactly what I was hoping for. The trees were healthy. It was cut to preserve strengths and there were a lot of buddings. I was completely satisfied with the purchase, especially for the price. I got 2 trees for the price of 1 and couldn't be happier.

Our small redbud trees arrived and just a little wilted due to extreme heat in our area. The leaves fell off a little but should come back.

The tree arrived well packaged in a long box with another fruit tree. The roots were wrapped well with a water gel solution that kept the roots moist during shipping. There were signs of new growth on the tree, the small leaves were pale. After planting as directed and watering well the leaves have greened up and grown a bit already within the first week. So far very satisfied.

For some reason I overlooked that these would be bare root trees, which I didn't really expect at the start of summer. The trees were put immediately into the ground and both have come out of dormancy and are budding/leafing out now. Hopefully I can nurse them through the heat of summer and get the roots established without the heat killing them.

Ordered a birch trees then learned from your website you only ship dormant trees. Birch trees aren’t dormant in June. So I canceled the order via voice mail because after multiple attempts you never answered the phone. Then I sent 4 emails canceling the order before it shipped. Again, no response! Then days later got notified that my cancellation was ignored and you shipped anyway, claiming that you received cancellation after shipping. You do isn’t and I have all the documentation to prove it. Now you want me to return the tree you never should have shipped to get my refund. No way to do business! And the tree is puny and weak. Still want the refund you owe me! You’re welcome to come get this POS tree. But I’m not paying to ship it back as you should have cancelled the order before shipping. That’s on you. No way to run a reputable business.

The Kalamata Olive trees arrived quickly. They were well packaged and happy. They look very healthy and are bigger than I expected! Ty Ty nursery did a great job! I can't wait to watch them over the years. I ordered the plant food along with the trees and appreciated the great labeling and instructions. Great experience. Thank you!!!

Good service, good product.

Placed an order for an apple tree and a pomegranate tree on Thursday 5/29/25. The trees shipped on Monday 6/2/25 and were received on Monday 6/9/25. I live in TN and the plants were shipped from GA (7 days). We are neighboring states! Anyway when the trees arrived the leaves on the pomegranate tree were wilting and falling off and the apple tree was just a stick with about a dozen sprouts no branches. In addition the pomegranate tree was too tall for the shipping box so the top one foot of the tree was bent over to fit in the box. It would not straighten out when unboxed. So I contacted customer service about this situation with the pomegranate tree and they said go ahead and plant it it is probably in shock and should recover and to send them pictures of the shipment. Needless to say I am not very pleased with my purchase. I was not expecting a stick for an apple tree that may take many years to grow before producing fruit, maybe my fault for not doing my research and a wilted pomegranate tree that may not survive and I have wasted months waiting to see if it will. I think I read somewhere on the website that the trees are shipped in their dormant state. Guess that doesn't apply to pomegranate trees!

received everything on time and well packed. I put them on the ground right the way less than a week later i have new growth.

I am leaving a 4 star only because the roots came bare with no dirt and I have never purchased a tree with no dirt... if they all stay healthy, it should be a 5 star review because the trees came in great shape, shipping was quick and everything was as expected.

The trees came quickly and were packaged good. 2 of the trees seem to not be growing like the others are. I have all of them in buckets until they’re ready for transplant. Hopefully the two trees will grow since they are companion trees.
