The last representative is very good in assisting me. I'm just really disappointed that I can only get a store credit being that the tree did not thrive and was not able to grow.

The trees were in good condition. The main tree I ordered didn't come. A tree I didn't order came instead. I had to order a 3rd tree to get the one I ordered. They haven't come out of dormancy yet

The bamboos I ordered all arrived safe, sound, and quickly. They were all healthy good looking plants. All in all I am pleased with both the service and the products, I would recommend using TY TY Nursery to friends and family alike.

I was a bit skeptical when I first ordered my red rocket crepe myrtle but no one locally had them so I had to order one online. As soon as it was delivered I put the roots in a large bucket of water and planted it about 3 hours later. All the leaves were dried out. They feel off within a few days. It's been about two weeks since I planted it and today it has new leaves sprouted. I'm pretty optimistic now that it will survive and thrive in its new home.

Trees look to be in good shape, packaging was good and trees undamaged. Just got them in the ground so time will tell if they make it or not.

I have been shopping here for years. Love the trees and plants. They take care in the shipping of the product and they arrive in great condition. My trees/plants grow well after planting. My garden is just about complete thanks to Ty Ty.

Unfortunately the plants arrived dead. Still trying to resolve this issue with the seller.

Ordering was easy, 50% off end of season sale is a great price, 2 trees arrived dormant in good condition, and grafts look healthy. Hopefully they'll leaf out quickly.

We received our trees in great timing. We felt like there was to much plastic makes it more difficult for senior citizens to open. Will send another review after I see how well they grow
