I purchased bamboo last year, which was dead. I was patient, waiting to confirm this, and a year later, I sent emails to plantsurance to arrange a replacement, but did not get a response. I called and finally got my issue resolved. I received a credit, and now have live bamboo. Very grateful for that.

So this is for the tree I got previously. It showed up in great shape. But did not make it a year. I’m not angry about that. I am very angry that I sent two different emails about it. In hopes to get it replaced with the one year warranty. But I still have not been contacted. Against my better judgment I bought another one. If I am not contacted about this. I will never do business with them again. T. W

The nectarine tree came all broken and I’m pretty sure it’s completely dead. The top half’s of both the cherry and apricot tree are also dead.

I ordered three paw paws, all bare root, none of them survived the transplant. The two grafted paw paws were fully leafed out at arrival, leaves were green but starting to wilt. I got them in the ground as soon as it arrived, amended soil, heavily watered. After a few days, leaves shriveled up and turned brown. No signs of life.
The other one was not leafed out but did not look alive, although the main branch did have some flexibility. The root structure was poor with just one main root that was not completely in the water retention wrap so the bottom third of the root was discolored from being dried out. The tree dad a discolored, darker top 3/4 of the tree. The bottom 1/4 looked like it might be viable but after being in the ground a month has shown no signs of life.

Plants arrived all dried and dormant?? Waiting to see if they grow any this year. Same thing happened last order and when I contacted TyTy they told me it was dormant but still alive. That plant has finally begun to grow. I hope I don’t have to wait a whole year this time.

I was excited to get my order and eagerly awaited its arrival. Though it shipped right away (per tracking, I did not receive it for some time. When it did arrive , my two live plants specifically have dead and/or fully damaged leaves. I’m not sure either “live” plant will survive. I’m very experienced with horticulture and have had great success with mail plants in the past. This is by far my worst experience in the quality of plant received. I would like a refund on any plant that does not survive.
