Concerned because it was held up for 5 days in Ga and arrived rather dry and dead looking. Hoping it will be fine.

This is the 2nd year that my pecan trees have not made it. It’s irritating, each time I have to wait another year (warrantee) for same size tree that I don’t trust will be alive

Ive ordered several times from TyTy.....the last two times I have recieved a tree that did not grow and died. They did not resolve my disappointment. I will probably not buy from them again.

I purchased 4 American hophornbeam plants in April 2024. Although I fully followed planting instructions, none of these plants ever leafed out. I have been trying to secure credit so that I can reorder; most recently (on or about 6/2) I spoke to someone who assured me that I would receive credit, but I am still awaiting that credit confirmation.

I'm keeping my hopes high as I anxiously awaiting my Honeycrisp to settle in its new surrounding helping to turn this part into an awesome garden. Planted as soon as I received it and I see little buds sticking out. I'm keeping fingers crossed it will be well and grow into a beautiful apple tree.

All, please get your pecan trees from TyTy. I bought Pawnee and Stuart Pecan trees 3 to 4 feet in length and the root system on these trees were another two feet. They are healthy and budding already. Great place to shop. Thanks

Giving a 3 right now, would go 3.5 if was an option. The pricing is great and hard to beat. Main consideration at the moment. Seemed to have a fairly robust selection too. Shipping time was reasonable in my opinion as well.
However, my order came and the tree is in rather rough shape. So time will tell if it pulls thru. This could be a shipping issue more so than supplier so giving benefit of the doubt.
Only other thing was it was hard to get ahold of customer service rep, long waits, when I tried to call for order status. I skipped account setup as I don't need more of those but would go ahead and recommend that route for easier checks on orders.
If the tree does make it then I'd easily go to a 4 or 4.5 star.

Great plants that are packaged well and shipped in great condition. The reason for a 3/5 is the frustration of making an order and then a couple days/weeks later they go from 25% off the 40% off then 50% and no shipping.

So far I am very pleased with my order, my mule palm looks great and is getting new growths already. I am praying that it will be happy here and do well. This was an expensive treat for my yard, but I am looking forward to see it grow well. Highly recommended. I may get another one next year. Depends on how this one will do. I only wish the shipping to be less expensive. Keep up the good works
