2/4 trees were of dood quality. Both apricot trees were of inferior duality. One was a single stem with poor root development that should have never been considered until it has some lateral branches. The second one had an old wound susceptible to disease and was pruned poorly. I am an experienced agronomist.

Loquat tree received is in bad shape. Leave are with black and brown spots everywhere. The clivia ordered so call blooming size is with two tiny broken leaves. I emailed the seller about these issues but no response.

The tree or should I say twig you sent me is dead. Im trying to be nice, however, I am angry. I now question if you are actually a legitimate nursery or another pop up internet store taking advantage of people. What tiny limbs that were present on the tree where snapped. There was no green or sign of life on it. The tap root had a hugh chunk cut off. I am requesting a full refund and will be contacting my credit card to have the funds returned. There is no excuse for what has transpired from you.
