I ordered 4 trees and they had broken limbs when they arrived. One had a main leader broken. I called and was asked to email pictures. I did and I've not heard anything since.

Great service. My trees arrived in good condition, even though the box was bent and crushed the peach trees were not damaged. I placed them in water for couple of day had green leaves sprouted and now they are in the ground.
