Amazing service !!

Purchased two Florida Prince Peach trees. Thransaction was flawless shipping was pretty fast and trees were packaged extremely well. Soaked 5 hours the next day and planted after receiving. 5 days later one tree is producing green leaves but the other appears to be dead . I will give it plenty of time to make sure but from my 50 + years of planting trees I believe it is dead .

Hi. Some of my trees came broken up pretty bad. Others were just fine. They survived but one of them (the peach tree) was so broken up it went from 4 foot tree to a 1 foot tree. It will survive but start out pretty small now. Called Ty Ty and told someone and they did not say sorry or anything. Employee said that was a shipping issue. I was transferred by phone to that department. No one answered in shipping. Left a message and never heard back. I wanted to buy another peach tree but probably will not now.

I am pleasantly surprised!! I bought 2 Bare root apricot tree, in third week of May, 2025. . Either of them had any leaf on them., no live buds, I thought they’re dead.

Reluctantly I planted them the same day, I was mad actually, in a week both anpricot plants are filled with leaves, they’re doing very good, I live in Atlanta and shipment was from Tifton, Georgia, I don’t know how they do it!

I am very pleased with the plants. I bought another Pulot tree after this, I am happy about the purchase

Everything looks really good. The pear trees were the only ones that didn’t have new growth on the roots but hopefully they will be okay.

While the pricing was spot on, I was a little disappointed that all I received was a few sticks. I wanted these trees to resell in my nursery; customers don't like sticks.

We were so happy to receive our gorgeous healthy plant from TY-TY. So thankful it arrived in great shape and we got it in the ground quickly. Really nice customer service lady double checked on my order for us.

These 3/4ft trees are doing good so far, my first order of 2 1/2ft I ordered earlier this year didn't make it

This American Native Bamboo arrived looking green and healthy. We planted it immediately and it's doing fine now.

Plant arrived May 28 completely dried and looked dead.

Two orders. First order of fruit trees were in poor shape and had to be nursed back to health. Second order of grape vines in better shape but dried roots upon arrival. Both orders were supposed to be 40% off, only received 35%. Shady business practices won't do business again.

My bamboo showed up with completely dry and dead leaves. I’m not sure it will bounce back

Got for plants in one bulk when I open it two of them was really without any soil. I hope they will survive.

Find items is easy and the planting zones are helpful. Have shopped TYTYGA for many years and overall satisfied. Wish there was some guarantee for purchases, but find 70-75% success rate with purchases.

Ordered 4 trees, only 3 were delivered - of those, only 1 was undamaged.
One of the 3 trees had two trunks but conjoined roots, so presumably that was counted as 2 trees even though it is one plant, and tearing it apart will leave the trunk split and damaged.
Two of the delivered trees have scraped bark on the trunk where sap is weeping. These were handled roughly we can presume.
One of the trees roots were wrapped up in tape so it took me an additional 30 minutes to carefully extract the roots from the tape - all in all it took me almost an hour to unbox/unwrap these trees.
One of the tree's roots were separated by plastic from the moisture gel these are packaged in, so that tree and roots were dried out.
Customer service seemed straight forward - they emailed me and I was instructed to respond with photos of what I received - which I did, that was on Saturday, yesterday was Memorial Day holiday so I expected a delay, but still no reply at end of day Tuesday.
I did however get daily spam emails about sales.
And today I got two email requests for me to leave a review. Well, here's one of my reviews. They want me to leave a review even before they resolved my messed up order.
So I had a day set aside to plant these and I couldn't compete the job Will the 3 trees that were delivered in rough shape even live? I guess I'll hold my breath and see.
Oh yeah and the spammy website advertised free fertilizer packet with every order. Silly me assumed that would be one pack for each plant ordered - nope just one tiny pack with the entire order. Whoopty-doo.
