The worst experience ever! I ordered a black bamboo plant . There was only one stick of black bamboo completely infected with leaf rust . The other two were green bamboo. I tried calling and there was no answer . I left a message and did not hear back. Later read there are several complaints on your nursery online. I called my bank and put the order in dispute

Overall experience with customer service, shipping and the health of my trees was good. My only issue was that 4 of my bare root trees had a great root system, 3 had an ok system and 2 didn’t have much at all. All nine did have buds opening so I’m hopeful that even the skimpy ones take hold!

It was my first time shopping from this nursery and I guess I expected blueberries to be potted. All plants were packed together with bare roots/root balls wrapped. Blueberry bushes were a little wilted on arrival and had a few broken branches but are planted and doing ok so far. Grapes were in better shape with nice strong stems. Will see how everything does over time.

Large amount of roots were broken along with branches... some are crudly lopped off like a terrible haircut. Cant blame UPS because box was pristine. Emailed TyTy and no responce. This was my 4th and probably last order. 3 of the previously bought trees never took root and died as well. Emailed about that too and no response. Buyers be ware. Enjoy the review.

I paid a lot of money to get a fruit bearing tree. I received a 4 ft. Twig. No branches or even buds. I think it’s dead. Even if it lives it will take at least 5 years to start getting a few figs. I wrote to Customer Service and did not receive a reply. (Has only been a day). I feel I have been scammed, and after reading many reviews I am not the only one. I would not buy from this place. If they ever get back to me and give me a refund or a fruit bearing live tree I will update my review.
