Good looking tree with a good root ball. It arrived as expected and on time. Seems to be doing well so far.

Bought two trees, one died and the other is clinging on in year two. They’ve been properly cared for in our orchard of 20 trees and correctly zoned. We got a refund for the dead tree minus shipping, and bought some extremely overpriced raspberry bushes (2 canes)

Order fruiting size but just short stems with no leaves or buds. Came in box 3 or 4 times longer. Still no leaves or buds.

Received 2 bare root trees yesterday! Packaged well and trees look great! Since I am new to tree planting or care, I would have liked directions on how to prepare the tree shelter, mat, and fertilizer. The only item I was missing is a 1st year fertilizer pack. If you buy 2 trees, and it states 1st year fertilizer pack free, you should receive 2.

Bought 5 plants - issai kiwi, and 2 types of goji berries are doing well so far. But the 2 paw paw trees look dead, even though they were planted within 2 days of receiving the shipment.

Fast shipping and fresh looking grape root stock and hopefully 🤞 buds and leaves will grow soon. Work needs to be done on the website because I couldn’t get too my account as it didn’t recognize my email address? Hopefully someone will get it fixed soon. Good luck 🍀 with my gapes

The nice middle branches was broken, it’s unfortunate but we will see how it turns out over time.

I have sent multiple emails regarding the majority of my berry plants dying and no one responds. I have called, but no one answers the phone. Absolutely frustrating and unprofessional experience!

Plants all came together in a tight bundle inside the box. One blueberry plant is/was completely dead. I don't know how long it was packed. And one tree is also not alive. Its a stick, no roots, no new growth, and no tiny leaves of any kind.

Purchased two mulberry trees beginning of May from this company they arrive quickly one was obviously dead on arrival and the other one has since died after planting. I’ve contacted the company with three different emails and have not heard a word back. I even went through the guarantee site For credit or replacement. Have not heard back. I want to live mulberry trees. I don’t want a credit.

I received 4 tulip trees, only 1 survived. Spent over 100.00. Not worth it. Will never use again

Have received my ordered plants on time and they looked bigger , more mature than expected. My only concern was about pecan trees that looked lifeless with large moldy roots. I have planted then right away, hope they will grow.

This was part of a 6 tree order, all were placed in a 35 gallon tote with a tree soil mix we made as a temp home until we can get them in the ground, they seem to take well to the conditions and are thriving with major new leaves growing after just 1 day and greening over after 2 days. i notice they tried out the soil on the first day so i made sure to give them more leading into the second and third day, we are reaching record 95degrees all week so they are soaking it up and getting plenty of hydration. They will do well
