I cannot say enough about the kind, quick, and knowledgeable service I received from Ty Ty nursery. I recently ordered two pecan trees, an Elliott and a Pawnee. They not only arrived quickly. They arrived in great shape. When I called with questions as to how to plant them and take care of them, I was so surprised and pleased to get to talk to an actual person instead of a machine and someone with great knowledge and so willing to help. Thank you for your great service if I need more trees or plants, I know I will definitely be calling again.

Good Morning, I usually don't review. Two years ago I purchased some Apple and Peach Trees. They are coming along beautifully. This year I ordered Peach Trees and Dogwood. The trees came in and it was a day before I could plant them. Took them out of the box, the Peach Trees look Like they will be okay (roots not very big). The Dogwoods two had very little roots and one had no roots and was black on the bottom. I emailed customer service with pictures and have heard nothing. Not really happy.

Warranty is TERRIBLE. When your trees die, and some will if you plant a lot, they will not take action on your claim until after June 1st. They shop shipping May 31st. You do the math. You then lose another growing season while waiting

Ordered 2 sugar maple trees last year and both died within 2 months. Got a credit for the trees and the service to fulfill the order was quick but 2 branches were broken upon arrival. Not sure if the new trees will last and if they don't, I will be done with online trees and will go to the local nursery.

I ordered the 6 to 7 foot and at best it’s 5. Also had no leaves at all and I planted it the day it came but nothing so far. Scratched the bark and it’s brown. Don’t think it’s alive.

I ordered a Loblolly Pine last fall and it arrived looking yellow and sickly. I did not think it could possibly survive. I called and was told to wait and see. Well it was dead as a doornail weeks later. No response from Fast Growing Trees. So I ordered a new one this Spring, and it looks healthy and is already growing. The rating is not for this tree, but the one last Fall. I was not given a chance for a review at that time or if I did, it expired. Yes, I did order again from the same company, and yes, got a good tree the second time. Hence a medium grade.

The 8 ft tree arrived well packed and on time, but it has zero green leaves on it. It looks dead to be honest. But we've put it on the ground with the appropriate soil and fertilizer. We will see if it shows signs of life.

Lost my 2 previous trees, they were smaller and the deer ate them before I knew it. This year I got the tall one and put it in the front yard. It got here very Quickly but after 3 days it has not totally rehydrated but this is my first larger transplant so i'm watering daily. I have high hopes.

I was a little skeptical when my order arrived, I took the day off work to be there when my trees were delivered. When the driver unloaded the box the whole top was ripped open. When I opened the box there was a lot of loose leaves and a few broken limbs. The trees looked to be in good shape just droopy leaves. We got them in the ground that same day. I have been watering them but the leaves are still wilted and droopy looking.
Nothing really could be helped about the shipping on your end. All in all I love the trees! The trunks are beautiful, the trees have a really good structure. Can't wait for them to perk up!
