I am a repeat TyTyGa customer. They provide great plants and trees. The Georgia Peach tree arrived with nice little leaves and looks great in the ground.

I paid 1 Asian pear tree size 5-6 feet. One 6-7 feet for about $30 more. But both came the same size.

All three of the trees I ordered looked dead. I planted them anyway just to make sure. One came with one yes that’s right one leaf on a stick. One came already floppy I will be surprised if any of them survive. The last one was a little bit bigger Miniscule. I guess my bad for not knowing whom I was buying from. What a waste of money. I will order from the person I ordered last. Just so you know, when they say a 3 gallon tree what is really meant is yes you get the generic 3 gallon bucket with weeds all in the dirt, a little stick (literally) with maybe 1-5 leaves on it and that’s it. I paid over $200 on my trees for a leaf and a twig.

My trees were bare. There were no leaves. Who ships leafless trees in the spring?
They don't look like they are going to make it.

The shop experience was fine. Everything came in as ordered. The trees looked a little dry when they got here, but I planted them about a week ago.. one of the trees, almost all the leaves are brown and brittle and falling off and on the other leaves quite a few are brown summer brittle, but it does have more green leaves than the other plant. I followed the directions to a tea on how to plant the olive trees, including measuring my pH..

This was not our first time ordering from TYTY! We love their products. Fast shipping, good communication, and yummy fruits produced. We cannot wait for our banana tree to produce fruits!

For two pomegranate trees, 5 to 6 foot size place some in the ground, but they go into shock. They are mulched and keeping the mulch couple inches away from stump to avoid rude. Rat watering every day as needed to keep soil moist. Hopefully they will come back.

Nice looking tree upon arrival. Can't wait to see the vibrant colors of the Sassafras tree.

Received a sick pomegranate tree and sent 5 emails with no response, communication, or acknowledgement. 11 days after receiving, the tree is completely dead!
Good evening,
This my 4th request for assistance with my dead pomegranate tree. I have sent multiple emails with order information and pictures and have not received any responses from your company. This is very poor customer service and lack of communication. I am refraining from leaving a 1 star review on Google with pictures and copies of the numerous emails sent without response. In addition, if no response is provided to my requests,I will also file a BBB complaint. This tree was sick from the start after consultation from different horticulturists.

I was very pleased with the products received. Only suggestion I would make is that once you place your order you receive an email or on the screen it shows you what items were purchased. You don’t know what you ordered until you get it.

Trees arrived and looked stressed. Hopefully with some love and TLC I can get them healthy.
