Bought a plum tree which was priced reasonably, although shipping costs seemed high. It arrived fairly quickly and I'm waiting for it to wake up. In the invoice was a free nutrient pack, but it was not in the shipment. I've e-mailed the company twice now and have not heard back. Not sure anyone check their customer service emails...

Tree seems to be in great shape. This is my 3rd order this spring. First order has leafs and is frowning, second has buds and looks like it'll do great. Based on these, I expect nothing different with this order

Only a couple of days after they were put in the ground in northeast Tennessee, they began to grow and sprout leaves. I'm looking forward to see how much fruit they produce in the first year. They also tracked my shipment with more care and attention than I could have done myself. The shipping vendor made a mistake. This company contacted them, made them reach out to me to explain everything I needed to know about my shipment including the new delayed delivery date and exactly what the mistake was. They then did some magic as the package was then updated again and ultimately delivered sooner than the original delivery date. I never had to make a single phone call or as much as lift a finger. Amazing product, amazing customer advocacy, and an amazing company. I hope you keep up this business model as it was an unbelievably refreshing experience. I just had to plant my grape vines next to a wire fence and this product is doing the rest of the work.

Very easy to find what I wanted on your website and my little tree already has leaves budding. A good tip might be to look for the planting instructions under your address on the box, as my husband found it after we’d planted.

My trees arrived quickly and were well packed. The trees were clearly marked and Ty Ty included clear planting instructions. I will definitely buy trees from them again.

I have been buying bare root trees for over 40 years. The two trees I purchased from Tyty had the largest root system s that I have ever gotten. The trees were received the within 4 or 5 days and they were packed very well. I will definitely buy again.
