The plants look healthy and alive. I have one that is weak and may die out of five plants. Overall, nice and healthy plants. Love it.

We brought two tree for our garden, one come with leave and has a high chance of survival but the other one come with no leave, no bud and the root produce a rotten smell when open. We doubt the second tree will survival. Hope for the best but expect the worse.

Plants came quickly and well packed. Roots were supple. Got them planted now and we'll see how it goes.

I paid for a tree advertised as 7-8 feet tall but that must have included the roots because it was only 6 feet tall after planting. Roots were poorly trimmed and all of them went off at an angle on only one side of the tree. I am disappointed in what I got for the money. As long as it grows into a nice tree this initial impression will be forgotten.

My tree died in 3 days. When it was delivered I planted it immediately. When I tried to call the number on the website I got someone I could barely understand who wanted my credit card number. Having been the victim of a scam before I refused and hung up. I wrote an email to Tyty but have heard nothing back. If they replace my tree and it lives, I will change my rating. When I got my tree 4 of the smaller branches were broken. Altogether I’m not happy!

I'd like to blame shipping for the results of how my plants arrived but I'm not sure. They were pretty dry, roots were bare with a bit of hydration gel that didn't help much and were dead or dying... I'm hoping with a LOT of TLC I can bring them back but ultimately given that I could have gotten healthy plants that I didn't need to nurse locally I can't say I'm happy or will be ordering again beyond a possible replacement plant if they ultimately don't survive

I found this nursery a year ago and i just received my third order last week.I love the trees ,pricing and care they put unto shipping them, and customer service.
Ive bought from other nurseries and found out the hard way that nurseries could be so different.
For prices others charge for the same trees and the way they shipped them ,i thought all nurseries were the same,TyTy is by far the best ive found.Thank you TyTy,i can afford trees now!!!

Item came quickly in the mail, was packaged well and the rootball was also wrapped snugly to aid in preventing it from drying out. Tree is 3' tall and has a large diameter. Tree is healthy with buds and am certain it will do well here. Thank you so very much.
