The plants came in a timely manner. I am satisfied with the condition at arrival. I will update as the Kiwi plants progress.

I have ordered twice. 3 plants in total. They were well packaged for their health in shipping, and arrived well.
I wanted to wait till I planted them to review, and the first one is growing very well, with an additional shoot that is growing fast.
The second two that I ordered together, are a bit slower, but they are growing as well

My experience with TyTy was seamless. The unfortunate and unexpected quality of the plant delivered is so disappointing. I received notice from UPS the delivery would be delayed. I paid over $40 just for delivery. The plant looked wilted and near dead when it arrived. I can only wonder if it will survive.

For the price I paid for the snowball plant I was expecting something a little more alive and bigger. When I opened the box the plant was completely wilted. There were no instructions on how to plant nor water it. The crape Myrtle was much more healthy. After 5 days the snowball looks exactly the same. Hopefully it will survive.

I never received an order confirmation, only a receipt for my cc charge. The tree was not mailed for 3 days and it was in a box that was too small and some of the upper branchlets were broken and trunk bent over.the other bush was hidden in the root ball of the tree and the leaves were crushed.i hope the plants survive. I sent an email on day 3 and it was not answered until day 6. I called about order on day 4 and the receptionist was professional and was able to tell me my plants had been shipped. Don't order plants during their busy season!

3/5 mainly because of kiwi plants looked not in a great shape, blacken and tips dead.
The grapes on the other hands looked strong and healthy.
So I am not sure why such a difference between the two products!?

The tree was packaged well and light. Fast shipping. Came in good conditions although afew of limbs were broken off. It has been a few of days so will give it more times to recover and see.
