I purchased plants/trees with money, Some of them did not survive; the company provided compensation is a store credit. I purchased other plants and used the credit from the first plants that didn’t survive. One of those trees didn’t survive. Now you would think I would be refunded the entire price of the tree that did not survive. That’s not how this company sees it. They refused to refund any of the store credit from the first purchase where I had paid money for the plants. So the dead tree was a 6-7 ft cherry tree, $109.75. They refunded 14.98 because the remainder paid for the tree was from the store credit.

I ordered a Purple Pony plum tree and their feature photo showed a deep pink colored flower which is what I wanted. The tree’s flower color that I received was white. I called and the rep told me that this variety has white blooms; no explanation on why their feature photo was deep pink. They refunded me my $ in full very quickly.

I did not make a purchase. I uploaded photos a a dead on arrival autumn bliss raspberry, but planted it anyway in hope. It has been almost 1 year and it never sprouted. It snapped off at the soil level when I inspected it and lost that part. When I asked for credit they told me to put the tag in the hole and send a photo of it. I also had a Brandywine crabapple that didn’t make it. I ordered three and they came last year with few roots but lots of leaves. I gave a review on that then, because I had to remove the leaves which those few roots could not possibly support. I nursed those trees and planted the 2 that looked okay and they are doing well, but the third one died. I’ve received partial credit for the Brandywine. It’s not enough to replace the tree and I no doubt will have to pay for shipping. I didn’t get credit for the raspberry which cost me 18 dollars plus shipping. No, I will not be purchasing from TyTy again.

This tree came growing so bent that it could never stand up straight and also there was no root ball to speak of, I'll be really surprised to see it start budding and start growing, to have seen this tree in person there is no way I would of purchased this tree

I bought 4 3 gallon trees. They were bare root wrapped in towels and plastic. I immediately placed in water for one day then planted next day. All were different sizes with one bigger and sturdier than the others. I found bigger and healthier in a pot at Lowesfor a cheaper price $26 less. Wish I would have bought from Lowes

Really concerned. I ordered,8 trees 4-5 ft tall and they all came in one box not larger than 10" square. Only one tree had any foilage most were just twigs. The pecan tree is 5-6' with no branches or even stubs and the roots were just hairs. I don't have much hope for the $360 I spent.

HORRIBLE TREES!!! TINY TWIGS THE TRUNKS ARE THE WIDTH OF A PENCIL NO BRANCHES JUST LEAVES, LOOK LIKE WHAT WE CALL SUCKERS ON THE SIDES OF TREES. COST ME $215 DOLLARS AND $50 OF IT FOR SHIPPING, CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS RUDE!! IT WILL COST TO MUCH TO SHIP BACK! NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN!!!!

The plants were soooo small . I bought the second largest size and literally 5 bushes fit in one small thin box. I planted them and have watered them but it is a week and a half later and all but one is dead. :(
