I’ve ordered several times from TyTy nursery. I’ve seen a few comments on reviews that said the trees were terrible, the service was not good, etc. I have had zero problems with either the trees, nor the customer service when I have to ask a question about the planting suggestions they might have. While everyone has their own experiences and encounters with a company, I would like to say all my trees have been fantastic!! Thanks for the answered questions, and thank you for the packing job you do to insure the trees and bushes arrive in great shape!

The trees were cheaper than other sites, these trees all have good roots, and the shipping was fast. However, I am giving a 3-star rating because the shipment was missing a fertilizer pack.

Good prices, although the shipping costs seemed excessive. TyTy clearly also increases their margin (not just cost recovery) with their shipping costs. I previously bought a cherry tree from TyTy, and that tree has survived and thrived nicely, so it was a good value. Just like that tree, the four I just purchased look very frail out of the box, but hopefully they will grow similar to the first tree I bought.

The order was shipped correctly, but the shipping company delayed it for 2 days. It was no fault of Ty-Ty, but the trees arrived very dry, and I'm concerned they will lose all their leaves and maybe die.

The blueberry plants arrived in very poor shape, broken limbs, badly wilted even though they had some kind of wet jell in the roots , they still felt very dry, not what i was expecting at all .

I was pleasantly surprise of the quality of the Black Cherry Tree that i purchased. The tree arrived in a timely manner and the professional wrapping of the bare root tree was top tier.
