The willow came well packed for preservation. The box was slightly damaged but not the tree.

It's in the ground and seems to be doing well. I was really pleased as to its condition upon receipt. So big and healthy looking!

I received the tree yesterday and the top foot of it was broken in two pieces. I cut it off and planted it and hope it will show signs of life.

I love that my plants arrived on time 3 days, they look really healthy, pruned. As a landscaper, I would recommend the quality. It took me a day to get them in the ground, and the plants seem to be doing good 👍🏼 farmin 😎

The trees I got both had there tops broken off(looks like early in the shipping process), had no packing material to keep from tops breaking, plus only one of the 2 trees where labeled, thus wondering if I got my 2 varieties of apple trees I ordered?

I've planted the 2 bareroot dogwood trees you sent, but am very concerned there were SO FEW roots on both. Nothing big enough to be spread out over a mound as described. My second concern is both trees were on the small side. My order was for 4-5ft. trees. Does that include the depth below ground? Even counting root stem, the tallest was under 5 ft.

This was a great find!

Leaves of one of the trees were already dried when delivered. This might happen because of poor packaging or the tree was already like that before packaging. Either way, not pleasant.

I thought the Red Bud was a bit small for $129 + tax $12.92 + shipping $42.00. Normally we are not taxed on out of state mail orders. Thank you for the tree and prompt delivery.

Overall process seemed very smooth. Shipment arrived and I was able to get it planted.
Reasons for star reduction. I did not understand that each tree didn’t get the fertilizer packet and got 1 packet for 3 trees. So I had to figure out what to use. Then the nectarine tree arrived with leaves that were very wilted and has me concerned about it making it. But we will see.
