I did not get what I ordered and paid for. You have no recourse except to take their refund for the difference in what you did not receive. They do not take back the wrong material unless you pay for shipping it back to get what you actually ordered. The box they shipped the plant material wouldn’t even accommodate the plant material ordered. So not very good quality control on boxing and filling as said orders. Will not do business with this company again. Poor phone conversation as well. Overall frustrating.

The jury is still out. The plant came with damaged limbs (broken off) and the shipment did not include all of my order. I will put it in the ground and hope for the best.

So far, so good! Plants arrived in great condition and exceptionally wrapped. The only complaint that I have, is with the fertilizer pack. I only received one pack for 4 plants. I assumed that I would get 4 packs, since I bought 4 plants, but maybe it was my misunderstanding. I do think that before you’re able to submit the order, there should be some pop up that lets you know that you’ll only be getting ONE complimentary pack of fertilizer for your entire order, so that you would have the option to buy more packs, accordingly. Otherwise, great plants so far

Extremely disappointed. When the tree was received there was a split in the trunk. I took a picture sent to customer service and called them. Your service person informed me that was an old wound it should be ok. I told her I wasn’t happy with that. In addition this tree looks like it was a sucker on a small tree that must have died. For $150 including tax and shipping I expect quality merchandise not one with an old wound.
I definitely will not recommend you to anyone and I will express my opinion on social media.
My only decision now is whether I’ll protest the charges to Amex.

Terriable quality. Some trees arrived looking like they were ripped out of the ground and drug behind a truck for an hour. All the buds smashed off the limbs, broken limbs and mutilated roots. Save your money and save yourself a headache. Order from somewhere else. Ps, when you call there customer service number no one will answer.
