Everything was perfect.

They were literally sticks. No branches and no root ball. Four sticks, taped together with plastic wrapped around the bottom. But they did arrive on time.

Good root system on the tree. Would rather it have been wrapped with wet burlap instead of plastic and shrink wrap. Was a nightmare to get unwrapped for planting.

I ordered a 3 gallon wax Myrtle on 3/25. It arrived on 4/3. It came in very poor shape - looked more like a 1 gallon. Leaves were dry and browning. I immediately called Ty Ty Nursery to tell them I was dissatisfied with the plant. They told me to email a picture of it, which I did. I called again

I have been using TyTy for years. Last year, most of my spring order died by the middle of the season. I am a botanist so caretaking my plants is always a priority for me. I contacted them about my situation and they graciously replaced all failed material.

we were very disappointed in what we received for the price we paid. Our $25 three yr old grape vine came as a 12 in stick with some roots. And you claim it’s going to fruit this year? I’ll bet you $1 million it doesn’t fruit for at least two more years. Nobody likes false advertising or feeling like they were taken. Three stars because the black raspberry plants were descent size plants with many roots.
