I was concerned about ordering a Pink Lady apple tree when UPS had a delay. Even after a week's transit our tree arrived in good order. It was planted immediately and we're hoping it will adjust well to our zone, so different from GA! Streamlined order process and good root stock are much appreciated. Thank you!

Your warranty sucks. I had six trees die and you replaced them with six new trees this year under your warranty and they all died. They came with the bark scraped off the bottom of all them . I called Customer Service and was told to put honey on them and they would be covered under warranty and they weren’t. Bad trees replaced with bad trees is a lousy warranty buyers beware. I suggest you look for a reputable tree company.

Box arrived damaged. 5 trees (5-6 feet tall) all in one box. I found it wild that they shipped bare root for such large trees. UPS arrived at 8pm in the dark and I had to worry about getting these trees into something that late at night. I didn't read anywhere on the website that it would ship in that condition or I would have planned ahead. I hope they live... That's about the best I can say about this experience.

Shipping delayed by 7 months. Customer service was responsive but there was an extreme disconnect between what customer service was saying and what was happening. 1 of the trees was in unacceptable bare root condition and no plans on reimbursement. Will never order from here again.

The reason that I only gave 3 stars is, because when I received the trees one of them out of the 4 I ordered had no roots on it what so ever. It looked like a cutting that they were trying to root that didn’t take.
I called customer service and they gave me and email to send verification photos to. They were very prompt in correcting the issue and said that they would send a replacement out to me and offered their apologies. I’m waiting to receive the replacement tree.
