I received my tree from Ty Ty packaged just like they said. I was able to get it in the ground within hours. The planting instructions were easy to read and understand. The instruction sheet also had a picture diagram showing how deep to plant the tree and how to arrange the roots. I definitely would recommend Ty Ty to my friends.

Fast shipping.Nice shipping package. Great price. Healthy looking tree. I put them ground the they after their arrival, hoping to see them thrive in our front lawn. I will update in the future. So far, I am happy with my purchase.

I recently found Ty Ty Nursery during an online search for a particular variety of Redbud. I easily found the variety and size I wanted at a reasonable price. The tree arrived by UPS, well-packaged and ready to plant. It is now in ground in its new home. I look forward to watching it grow.

My order was supposed to be delivered however I only got emails from UPS first saying there was damage so the plants were not delivered then a couple days later it says “empty” package delivered and will notify sender. However, I have not received any calls from TyTy

Shipping took a week and two days, but product arrived in good shape even though ups was brutal to the shipping boxes. Maybe looking into using a better shipping company.

The selection and transaction were great, five stars. However, one of my trees has a snapped tip, the box was torn open and while that may be a shipping issue, the broke tip appears to be an issue during packaging. I’m hopeful the trees will survive but I’m a little less than pleased with two trees that appear to have been improperly packaged.
