Purchased 3 paw paw trees. Unsure how to rate yet as they are dormant, no leaves as expected. What i did not expect was to receive them with absolutely no roots whatsoever. Look like they were pulled straight out of the ground. Not sure if this is an issue for paw paws but from experience not good luck transplanting with no roots remaining

I was worried about ordering a 7-8' tree and what it would look like after shipping but can happily report that the tree is fantastic, and half the price of my local nursery! There are buds on the tree already. Hoping for a beautiful show of leaves soon. Thanks Ty Ty, you rock!

I bought 5 trees which arrived quickly and in excellent condition. All are thriving. I appreciated that I was allowed to amend my original order which can sometimes create quite a problem. All was handled and I will definitely use TyTy again.

Product was shipped and packaged well. Tree appears healthy and planting instructions were clear.

The three foot tree was five feet and almost as thick as my thumb. It began sprouting within 24 hours of being planted. No one but TyTy for me.

I planted my trees the day I got them, a little more than a week later they are showing green shoots.

While I was hesitant to purchase a 7-8" tree, the local nursery didn't not have the tree I wanted and the trees they did have were twice the price! So, I took a chance and placed the order. Shipping was fast, and the tree arrived better than expected. We planted immediately and are anxiously waiting for the tree to wake from its winter slumber. Great company, excellent communication. Already thinking about placing another order.

My replacement shagbark hickory tree arrived at a very good time - end of March (much better than the mid-December time originally given). The replacement sent tree was as large, even larger, than the original failed tree, and appeared very healthy. Because I was informed of the day of its arrival, I was able to prepare the hole, fill dirt, and water the morning before the package arrived. I planted the tree minutes after its arrival, secured the tree with support lines, and got it well watered in. So far, all looks well. I am hoping the meager amount of root will be enough to feed the tree and allow it to leaf out as the warm spring days come in.

Great selection on website and fast delivery of product. One big limb was broken in transit, so will watch if that break affects the health of our plum tree over the next year. But appreciate TyTy's 1-year Plantsurance policy.
