Good day, I bought these trees from this company it came quickly, because of my overseas engagement when they arrived I was unable to remove them from the box in which they came until 1 week after, when I opened the box, and looked at them they were in excellent condition as a matter of fact they even started to sprout, the packaging was EXCELLENT and yes I am awaiting to purchase a property to get much more plants later this year

My Nuttall Oak tree arrived dead. A total waste of money. It was the worst excuse for a tree that I ever saw. I will tell anybody I know looking for a tree to go someplace besides Ty Ty.

Ordering was easy; shipping was fast; kiwi tree was pretty dead or dying when it arrived. Elderberry seems to be alive. Waiting for a response email from the company for kiwi.

Ordered two cherry, one nectarine, one apricot, and a pear. All but the pear had broken dormancy and were fully covered in leaves and highly stressed. The apricot and nectarine seem to be bouncing back, but the cherry trees are not happy. All were soaked and planted immediately upon arrival. I really hope the cherry trees make it. Time will tell.

I didnât know anything about Ty Ty Nursery prior to my order. They had a particular variety that was sold out elsewhere. I ordered that one plus found 6 other roots to try. I was overly impressed by the quality of these bare roots. My raspberry alone wouldnât even fit in a five gallon bucket to temporarily pot it in. Roots were all moistened, wrap and beautifully healthy. I look forward to using this company more in the future.

This is the second straight year that ive purchased fruit trees from TyTy,before this i purchased from a different nursery. I probably will never buy from any other nursery again.I only bought from TyTy because i saw an ad and researched it,and saw how much cheaper the their prices were compared to the other nurseries.And the way they shipped and wrapped the roots was like night and day compared to how the others did it.These looked professionally done while the other nursery looked like a child boxed them.I believe this nursery loves your business and it shows by the beautiful trees ,the pricing ,the care in shipping and communication.Oh and the trees i bought last year are doing great!!!

The plants I received were bone dry and the longest branch of the blueberry bush was purposely snapped about 6 inches from the top to fit in the shipping box. Not terrible but not impressed.

Company is totally NON responsive to customers.
They donât answer emails. They donât pick up the phone and the chat robot is unable to help with anything at all except to ask you to please wait for somebody to get back to you after you give them all of your information. Yeah I noticed that theyâve managed to post over 20 things in the timeframe of not responding to my simple easy quickly answered questionâŠâŠ so if theyâre too busy to assist customers, there are many many other companies that are willing to send the customers half dead trees.
