Excellent company, great customer service!
I had some bamboo that didn’t take within the year of the guarantee and they let me replace item with another tree.
Highly recommend this nursery!

Tree arrived in great condition.
We planted it and put chicken wire barrier around it keep our 9 month goldendoodle away from it. Now we're waiting for it to bloom. We're so excited!

So far, I’m really happy with the Trees we got. We got them all planted this weekend and I’m excited to watch them grow this spring and summer. It looked like they all but one tree had a good root system. We also received a free apple tree. That was exciting. I will keep an eye on the one tree with the wimpy root system but I’m not worried as it does come with a warranty.

Tyty nursery was excellent, the selection was far and above others I researched and the instructions for planting were easy to follow. Would definitely use them again for procuring trees.

Well packed trees.
As they are bare roots so hope they survive.

No problems with purchasing or delivery. Product selection is good, product info is good. Only issue would be, I purchased 2 trees and received a 3rd at no charge - all 3 were wrapped together. Would have been better if they had at least one wrap on each, then wrapped together. Since the 1 tree was not planned, took a couple of days to find her a home. I wrapped it back after removing the other 2, just seemed easy to be avoidable. Have purchased from before and will purchase from again.

While 4 out five items seems viable when I got it, I was concerned about the grapevine. Trying to figure out how to contact company. To see policy if return.

Gimmicky online sales…I ordered because of the promotion promising a free apple tree with my order over $100. So I ordered over $100 worth of blueberry bushes. I guess they ran out but didn’t update their inventory on the website. When I checked out the free apple tree was on my order, but I never got one. The blueberry bushes came and are just fine, but I could have gotten them cheaper locally. I feel like I was got by a gimmick! 😔

I ordered 4'- 5' english walnut tree. I received a stick with no roots. I have been a growing trees for many years, and never before have I bought a tree that had roots all cut off. The "tree" I received looks like a slingshot, no roots, and I don't believe it will grow. I wish I could post a photo of it here. I am very disappointed in my purchase 😞 I will not order from this company again.
