Recently, I ordered 4 Halls Hardy Almond Trees. The shipping notice states '4' but there was only one in the box. (The other plants were alright.)
In addition, the two that I ordered last fall are not leafed out yet.
I would like to leave five stars but cannot.
Please advise. Pat Richert

You sold me a dead paw paw. There is no green under the bark and it snaps instead of bends. There was hardly any roots on the tree when I got it.

Plants arrived in a good state but it was confusing because a plant I ordered could not be shipped because it was out of stock but it was listed as in stock on their website. When I asked about it, I was told they receive plants weekly but they do not know when my plant I ordered would arrive but if I place another order online, it may be in stock....

Plants were shipped and delivered within a reasonable time frame. However: 1) There's no way to check order status if one hasn't registered on the website; 2) Sales tax was charged on plants that are non-taxable in Florida, (i.e. - "Seedlings, cuttings, and plants for producing food for human consumption").

Plants were live with a good root system packed well. The roots were moist with a jelly substance very well done.

The bulb order arrived sooner than scheduled, with an update. The large bulbs were packaged
perfectly with clear planting instructions.

Only 1 item arrived but the packaging slip indicates all items should be included. The item I did receive is dried out and dead. Very disappointed

The plants I received were not the quality I expected. 4 of 10 did not have roots.

Great healthy bare root plants. What I found interesting was that the tax and shipping charges $28+ equaled the 25% off. Got me!
