Easy, friendly and very accommodating telephone conversation and order. My 2 Lucca olive trees were
a little smaller than 4-5 feet but arrived well packed
and in good condition. I would be interested in visiting
the nursery sometime.

I am giving one star for the on time delivery. I ordered two banana plants. The plants were not secured in the box and arrived broken in half. The leaves were damaged and did not look alive. I managed to plant one of the two and hope for the best and it seems like this one would not survive either. This was actually a test run and was planning to order twenty in spring for a land I own. Not a good experience.

I had a few trees that didn’t make it but received late spring early summer. They just never sprouted leaves even with potting the day i received from ups. Anyhow i sent pics for guarantee and tyty immediately gave me credit and i ordered new trees to replace plus a 10% off offer. Received new trees and they look great and i couldn’t be more happy. I’m a fan of tyty and will take advantage of their sales for all my tree needs. Wish there were more nurseries out there like tyty.

My new Issai Kiwi 🥝 plants are in the ground and tightened up nice and snug to a support post. Looking forward to Spring for them to start growing. I’ll install a permanent trellis then too. Thank, Ty Ty!

Very kind and helpful staff from my experience. Helped me set up and schedule delivery so the trees I ordered would arrive at a good time to put them in the ground. The kind of company that you want to work with a second time.
