...the tree seems to be healthy. They prefer to send these in their dormancy phase, and give detailed planting instructions. I received a tree that's about 7 feet tall, and it seems to have a healthy root system. It was well packaged and adequately hydrated, with no bark damage. I look forward to spring, and hope to positivity amend this review with favorable results!

I saw the name and had to try this blueberry. I had ordered during the end of season sale. Mother Nature had a hot flash while the plants were en route and I lost them. I contacted the company, took some pictures and reordered for fall shippg. The plants look fine this time. The company was easy to work with and my plants are here ready to go! Thanks tyty! I will be back for more!

This is my second purchase from TyTy and I have been happy both times. The trees I ordered are as represented and I know they will grow nicely with my attention to initial watering as instructed.

Great support. I had two trees die and they refunded the cost no questions. Hopefully the new trees in the spring will do better.

the trees we received were dead upon arrival
customer service had us wait for several months to make sure they were dead - it was very obvious that they were not alive
planted them - watered them - even though we could see they were dead
had to have a gift certificate - no refund
bad experience

You should consider sending out confirmation emails (confirmation of order, shipping updates etc.) I assumed you would as 99% of other businesses do, so I did not write my confirmation number down. Have no idea when your shipping
