Well my tree was easy to order. It has not arrived so I can't report on that. So far I have experienced about 10% of TyTy. My tree will have to be shipped in January, planted and leaf out next spring. I'll need another review mid summer 2025. This is a 10% review.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. Ordered 4 sugar maples, 2 river birch, and 20 blackberries. Everything is dead. Everything. We immediately planted upon arrival and cared for the trees and plants but they were DOA. Contacting customer service left us with a giant credit that we really don't want to use to buy more dead things. My own fault for not understanding that the guarantee was just going to give us a credit rather than a replacement. Since I purchased during a very good sale I can't even use the credit to replace what I bought. I'm also going to have to pay shipping twice because they don't cover that. Very bad experience. If I didn't have over $500 in credit from my dead trees and plants I wouldn't buy from them again. Wish I had taken the bad reviews more seriously. Such a frustrating experience.

I placed a large order with TyTy and had a black bamboo plant that did not survive. I called and emailed many times to return it to get credit back. I sent pictures. I have finally received a partial credit for the plant months later. I paid $65.75 for the plant and got a credit of $47.00. TyTy stated because they do not reimburse for shipping. The order had free shipping. So that means the shipping is not free since I am not receiving full credit back for the product that I paid. This is called deceptive business practice. BEWARE of this when thinking about placing an order with TyTy.
